principals, the Western New York Educational Service
Council can assist you in a timely and professional
manner.
The Council has strong collaborative
relationships with the New York State Council of School
Superintendents, the School Administrators Association
of New York State, the New York State School Boards
Association, the Far West Network of Teacher Centers
and the 5 regional BOCES.
The WNYESC is a non-profit educational
organization chartered in 1966 by the Regents of the
State of New York to serve public and private schools
in all eight counties in Western New York. The Council
leaders report to a nine-member Board of Directors
that meets four times a year.
The Council is affiliated with the Graduate School of Education, State University of Buffalo and housed at the facilities of Erie 1 BOCES in West Seneca. The Council has access to the vast resources of the Graduate School of Education, BOCES, and the larger educational community of the state when addressing your needs.
