This provides a connected series of topics for those aspiring to or recently entering the Principalship. It is designed to provide insights into some big idea concepts and practices related to the Principal. Those registering for the series will be assigned to an inter-BOCES/ JMT small group cohort. Each program in the series will feature time for discussion and sharing around an important topic related to the building-level leader.
